eCash Will Be Listed In Binance

Binance, the biggest cryptocurrency exchange by volumes traded, has declared it will support the new eCash rebranding and redenomination plan. In an official announcement, Binance stated it will “handle all technical requirements involved for all users holding BCHA in their Binance accounts.” This means third parties holding Bitcoin Cash ABC n their Binance wallets won’t have to do anything to obtain their eCash (XEC). However, users will not be able to deposit eCash (XEC) until further notice, a caution measure from the exchange.
Other Institutions on the eCash Bandwagon

Exchanges are important parts of the ecosystem surrounding a cryptocurrency. But they are not all: other institutions are also needed to support the development of a currency. eCash is also getting support from these. ViaBTC, a mining pool operator, has announced it will support the change and redenomination of eCash. ViaBTC stated it is “scheduled to support the name changing of BHA from Bitcoin Cash ABC to eCash (XEC) in the near future.” eCash is a proof of work currency, so having mining support is paramount for its success.
Blockchair, a popular block explorer, has also introduced support for the eCash blockchain, and it already features the new logo and redenominated quantities. The platform now allows to inspect blocks and offers statistics about how the blockchain performs. More institutions are expected to follow after the rebranding process is completed.
